After passing the professional exams offered by the state, they will be fully certified to teach. Mathematics teachers are in great demand nationwide. Learn how to produce materials like websites, smartphone apps, interactive education materials, games and simulations, 3D motion graphics, and more with this degree. Humanities courses raise questions of how human beings deal with health, medical intervention, illness, and death. You'll gain insight into the social, economic, and cultural contexts of health, illness, and health care.

Use radiation protection principles as you determine exposure factors and position patients for various examinations with computerized equipment, such as IR, CT, and MRI scans. Students in this program must be a licensed radiographer, nuclear medicine technologist, radiation therapist, or hold an A.S. in Radiography.

The Health and Life Sciences (HLS) cluster prepares students to pursue majors and careers in the diverse and exciting world of health care. HLS majors can explore careers in patient care, laboratory work, health care administration, and health education.
This program is the largest university-based clinical laboratory science program in Indiana. It prepares students to accurately perform clinical laboratory procedures on biologic samples from patients, work that helps physicians diagnose and treat diseases.

Clinical lab technicians analyze simple and complex chemical components in body fluids, evaluate cellular components of blood, identify microorganisms and their antibiotic susceptibility patterns, and test compatibility when preparing blood products for administration to patients. Students pursuing this major develop skills and abilities in observations, scientific inquiry, attention to detail, knowledge of human body systems, and use of current technologies.

Curriculum in this program reflects the need for a blend of music and technology in today’s professional world. Music technology pervades every aspect of music product development, studio recording, and commercial music, including the classical music world. When you pursue this major, you'll study musicianship during the first two years of the degree program and participate in music ensembles and applied music lessons each semester that you are enrolled (8 credit hours total). The degree is designed as a four-year course of study.
