You'll be notified when the admission requirements are met. To certify into the Kelley School of Business from University College, you'll need to meet one of the sets of admission criteria. You'll be certified as soon as you meet either set of criteria.

The Department of Labor Studies prepares students to assume leadership roles in the workplace and in communities. The program is designed as an interdisciplinary major for college students and working adults seeking a university-level education. Online labor studies classes are offered on all nine IU campuses, and face-to-face courses are offered on various campuses.

This major gives you a background on how nonprofit organizations provide for citizens, improve communities, and strengthen the quality of life. You'll study and analyze government policies and learn the management of government and nonprofit organizations. You'll learn about product development, pricing policies, advertising, and researching to identify the ideal buyer(s) for your company's products or services. Students pursuing this major will gain skills in written and oral communication, creativity, persuasion, and critical thinking.
